Glenmore House in Surbiton was the venue for Nick & Mary's wedding and after a spell of wet weather it was great to see the guests arriving in summer dresses and sunglasses. You may notice that I managed to snap Mary also walking along with her shades - and a carrier bag!
Glenmore House is a Masonic Lodge and has some beautiful features and combines an elegant 'Tudor' room for the ceremony with an ultra modern bar. Later on the the wedding breakfast took place in the stunning ballroom, which provided interesting features to photograph and good light.
The public gardens next to the venue were a great backdrop for my portraits and groups and the mature trees provided some shade from the sun.
As Mary & Nick settled down to their meal in the ballroom I took a few dramatic super wide photographs from a balcony before leaving...
