We are pleased to enclose our order for Sarah and David’s wedding photographs. It was very difficult narrowing down our final selection.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for th exemplary and extended service you offered on the day and for your very professional and organised approach. We are very aware that the late start caused by traffic delays for many of the wedding party must have put you under a great deal of pressure. Nevertheless you were never less than courteous and good humoured to everyone attending and managed to put everyone at their ease.

As a result we have some truly remarkable photographs to remind us of a fantastic day.

Dear John,

I just want to say an enormous thank you from Alan and myself for the fantastic wedding album that you put together for us.  We are both absolutely delighted with the photographs that you took of our wedding on 7^th June.

We had a brilliant day, and felt that you captured all of our favourite memories.  While on honeymoon we talked a lot about the day, and although we both had a great time, it was a bit of a blur to us both.  I was so pleased when I saw the photos, as well as including everyone in the photos, you have also provided us with a photo story book that we can keep forever.  I am so pleased that we decided to go for the more candid shots as well, when you look through the album the natural shots add so much personality to the photos.

The photos were fantastic, but we were also very grateful for your complete professionalism.  As a bit of a hyper bride, it was great that you were always easy to get hold of and returned all of my calls, many people don’t when you’re organising a wedding!!!  On the day, you were so unobtrusive that I doubted you had the opportunity to take lots of shots, (I was wrong), you also made everyone feel so relaxed, even Alan!!!  Afterwards I was so pleased with the way you presented our album.

I think I was the first of my friends to take the plunge, but have already recommended you to many of my friends and would feel confident in recommending you to anyone in the future.

Sorry for the delay in sending you this letter (organised as ever - only 6 months late!).
Chris and I would like to let you know how grateful we are to you for producing such
a wonderful set of photographs and album for us of our wedding day.
We had such a wonderful day and the photos you produced for us are perfect - they
evoke lovely memories and capture parts of the day that we might otherwise have
forgotten. You managed the balance between formal photographs - for us and our
families - and more relaxed, informal photos, brilliantly, so that we have a good mix
of both.
We would also like to thank you for producing such a wonderful album — you and
your wife have produced a lovely album for us and for my parents. We are extremely proud every time we bring it out to show our friends - and they have all loved it.
